I have had a small stack of plain shirts for the boys up in my studio for a LONG while. They've been staring me down each day and I have put off doing anything with them until today. It has been a really rainy day which meant Ezra and I spent alot of time indoors...a perfect day to work on those shirts.
(this was the only still photo I could get of Ezra...that boy likes to move!)
I copied a design from Mini Boden and made Ezra a skateboard shirt. With the inverse of the stencil (the other part that was left from Ezra's ) I made Canaan one. It took less than an hour to do both. Oh how I love FPS! They are so easy and fun and by the end, I feel so accomplished!

7 lovely notes:
I have never done these but have plans to do some for the kids for Christmas! I've got some of the supplies purchased and now need to make my designs - can't wait! hope they come out as good as yours :)
They turned out really cool. I love the mini Boden catalog.
What a wonderful idea! I love miniboden, too, although it is not the cheapest one.
Those are great!
How can I make a "Team Edward" shirt for the Twilight premiere? I find it ridiculous to pay $35 for a tshirt that says that when this is so quick, easy, and cool!
Hey Mindy~
You could just look up a tutorial online for freezer paper stencils. They are SOOO easy. You could design something on your computer or free hand a design to transfer to the freezer paper. You could have something whipped out in no time!!
